Delivery

Every item ships from a warehouse inside the U.S.; delivery is included in the price and typically takes 3–6 business days. Multi-box pieces may arrive on different days — each box is tracked.

Where we deliver

Prices include delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States — the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Return freight is deducted from the refund — write to caliradi.team@ydygroup.com first and we'll give you the exact number before you decide anything.

How to start a return

Email caliradi.team@ydygroup.com with the email address you ordered with, the item code shown on the product page, and photos of the item.

Refunds go to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund in full — return freight on us. This is the one case where you never pay to make it right.
