Delivery

Every item ships from a warehouse inside the U.S.; delivery is included in the price and typically takes 3–6 business days. Multi-box pieces may arrive on different days — each box is tracked separately, so nothing travels unwatched.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Because these are oversized pieces, return freight is deducted from the refund — write to support@ydygroup.com first and we'll give you the exact number before you decide anything.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund in full — return freight on us. This is the one case where you never pay to make it right.
