Privacy Policy
Radimeet · Caliradi LLC
Who we are
Radimeet (radimeet.me) is operated by Caliradi LLC, 800 W El Camino Real, Suite 180, Mountain View, CA 94040, USA. Questions about this policy go to support@ydygroup.com.
What we collect
When you buy, the checkout page collects your name, email address, shipping address and — if you provide it — your phone number. If you email us, we keep your message and the details you include in it.
Payments
Payments are handled on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To fulfill and deliver your order — we share your name, shipping address and phone number with the warehouses and carriers that deliver it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or damage claims.
- To keep the order and tax records the law requires.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies & technical data
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
Do Not Track
The site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals; it does not track you across other sites.
Children
Radimeet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as needed to deliver your order, handle returns and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email support@ydygroup.com; we may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
